Yana Unmasked
For years, I lived in the shadows of fear and anxiety, shaped by childhood trauma and self-abuse. Pain and suffering were not just experiences—they became my normal. I convinced myself that I was sentenced to a life of misery, too sensitive for this world, or somehow, deserving of suffering.
My body began to break down, not from weakness but as a desperate response to years of silent wounds. The weight of my past carved itself into my being until I could no longer separate my physical pain from my emotional scars.
As a child, I felt like an outsider—awkward, painfully shy, and a magnet for mistreatment. Over time, I lost my voice, becoming a marionette, moving only as expected, never daring to speak my truth. And then, the final blow.
Misdiagnosed and mistreated, I was given the wrong medication, my body and mind spiraling under its effects. To the world, I had it all—a thriving career, a family, a life that appeared perfect. Yet inside, I was drowning, wondering if I even wanted to continue.
That moment changed everything. I had no choice but to rise. To reclaim my health, my voice, and my life.
I walked away from the fashion world and into my truth. I designed my new existence created from awareness, alignment, and the power within me.
Now I stand here knowing exactly who I am. I share my mission, and live my Truth.

Each person on this planet has an obligation and a true responsibility to live at a level of higher vibration.
Science continues to demonstrate the energetic connectedness of life on Earth. We constantly sense and impact each other’s state of wellbeing.
Raising our individual vibration through positive action and transformative practices contributes to humanity’s collective evolution.
The act of bringing forth the power of personal responsibility contributes to the goodness of us all.
In the end, living our true potential through personal growth becomes our most powerful act and elevates us to higher consciousness.
So I declare and choose, each day, to bring the world a piece of me—
